Why do we like this?

From the get go, Buddy's millennial G-funk number gets me hooked and bopping my head. Then it's a grooving, sun-drenched whirlwind till the tape stops. 

Thundercat's recognizable pacy, soft and psychedelic baseline kicks things off, with some tip-tapping percussion over the top. Within seconds the funky, hazy hook is in full-force (smoothly delivered by Kent Jamz of Overdoz), and is quickly intertwined with frenetic live drums and some funkadelic instrumentation. 

Buddy delivers the first verse, following with features from all of these names (Kent Jamz, Bas, Guapdad 4000, J.I.D, Ari Lennox) in a three minute Flying Lotus produced rollercoaster ride through the wavy West Coast of 2019.
