Why do we like this?

Singer Caroline Polachek was once the lead singer for Chairlift, but has since been pursuing a solo career and is carving a really interesting lane for herself in the world of avant-garde pop music. I had a chance to see Caroline perform live not too long ago, her voice is stunning, and that is on full display on her new song "Billions."

Caroline's voice has a ton of range, and she's able to pull off a lot of trickery most singers simply cannot. The production of "Billions" gives Caroline a lot of room to shine, with its spacey yet glitchy atmosphere. As a solo artist, Caroline Polachek has already made plenty of great songs, and "Billions" is another one of them.
