Why do we like this?
Here's a nice, laid back indie rock band to add to your list of up and coming bands: Cemeteries. Kyle J. Reigle takes the reigns on this project, showing off a classic yet fresh approach to indie folk and dream pop combined. Think Woods, Grizzly Bear, Bon Iver and Wild Nothing.

Cemeteries' debut album, The Wilderness, will be released on October 23, but I've had the pleasure to hear it and it really does seem like the perfect fall album. I'm highly anticipating accompanying said season with this album on repeat. The Wilderness emits a crisp and cool effect with its many synths, acoustic and electric guitars, trickling drums and bellowing bass. It deserves a thorough listen and appreciation, that's for sure.

I'm truly excited that Cemeteries exists and has created what seems like such effortless, gorgeous music. You can learn more about Cemeteries here. Don't forget to mark your calendars for The Wilderness release on October 23!
