Why do we like this?
There's a smooth twinkling quality to "Coloreye." Dreamy, yet very much alive, "Coloreye" is like waking up to the best day of your life. Actually, the whole Alaska 2100 EP could very well be the soundtrack to the best day of your life, but "Coloreye" stands out to me. There's an innocence and a sweetness about it that after one listen, every star in the sky becomes brighter. It makes me wonder if the Russian 20-something, Cosmonaut Grechko, eats charm for breakfast, because he's charming my pants off and burning a hole in my tape deck adapter. FACT.
