Why do we like this?

Following up their superb vinyl re-release of Low Leaf's AKASHAALAY, Fresh Selects is readying the next project from the eternally slept-on Midwest soul ambassador Coultrain. 

The EP's title is a mouthful, Side Effex Of Make Believe; divided for love's sake, but the contents go down easy. Produced by frequent collaborator Black Spade, the joint is buttery. 

"The Reintroduction" is my favorite song on the collection. A sweet and lush guitar over a bulging groove sets the stage and Coultrain bares his soul like only he can. Don't miss out on this eclectic talent.
