Why do we like this?

About two months ago we premiered "Strong," the debut single from UK production duo CVXTRO(pronounced "castro"). The wonky bass track features glitched-out vocal work from Keziah, and marks for CVXTRO's arrival as one of the more-promising electronic acts of 2013.

Today I'm excited to premiere CVXTRO's new single, "Freak." The London-based duo do not shy away from those wonky TNGHT-like vibes, which works out in their favor. By embracing the freakier side of electronic music, CVXTRO is slowly but surely carving a distinct niche for themselves. This sure as hell ain't your grandmother's Friday night party music.
