Why do we like this?

Emancipator has, for a long time, been one of my favorite late-night artists. His down-to-earth trip-hop approach fits practically any winding-down session, and consistently gets my friends to ask "wait, who's this?"

So you can imagine my excitement to hear a brand new track from the Portland-based artist. "Diamonds" is set to appear on an upcoming compilation album to be released by Loci Records on the 13th of this month. It features contributions from the likes of Tor, P3RIPH3RAL, Ambinate and a whole bunch more.

Chances are the full stream of Season One will be available in a couple days via this Bandcamp page.
