Forgive me for gushing, but all the elements are here. The production is simple and minimal, and the harps in the background create the atmosphere of a physical swimming pool. Then during the chorus, about halfway through the song, we get the low octave counterpart.
The video for this song recently premiered on Noisey, and it's the perfect visual interpretation to match the melancholy sonic happenings. A hologram of Emma-Lee Moss sits and silently surveys the scene of an empty swimming pool that takes a twisted turn towards the end.
