Why do we like this?
The dark soul of Fink's "Who Says," off 2011's Perfect Darkness, plays with deep house dance in Whomi's remix rendition.
The original melody flows steady with a chill glitch before the bass blends in. Whomi then takes it deeper as Fink's sultry vocal drops. At that moment, all is right in the world. Down the line, darkness makes its attempt to break apart the mood, but the track blissfully recovers.
I can't tell you much about Whomi except that he's "a boy who really loves producing music," and I was originally going to post his remix of The xx's "Crystalised," so it's worth keeping up with him on Twitter, SoundCloud or Facebook.
