Sometimes just listening to music is more important than the analytical, critical side of things. Black Light Smoke's version of "Lost Found" is absolutely captivating, and I almost hesitate to even draw any conclusions for you all for fear of tainting each individuals journey through the four plus lush minutes spent with this song.
However, since my (awesome) job is to delve into the intricacies of this specific piece of art, I will start by saying that the overall composition of the lounge-y, downtempo, smokey track is breathtaking. A slow but steady beat makes this song versatile enough for a late night escapade or a humpday happy hour turned happy night. The vocals are mesmerizing in their delicately guttural nature, perfectly intertwining with the melody creeping into the foreground.
