Why do we like this?

FUNKTIONSLUST, talented duo based out of the UK, has just dropped another single in anticipation of their debut EP A Different Street on April 27.

Sage Redman provides the dreamy, eerie layered vocals as the multi-faceted melody charges forward in the background. Their goal of utilizing experimental electronic elements to form a pop-friendly sound all together is more than successful here. Synths and percussion seem to come from every angle as "A Different Street" melodically bangs through the four minute track.

This style is not only unique, but exciting to hear. In the sea of repetitive EDM tracks on the internet, FUNKTIONSLUST is a welcome deviation into a wonderfully complex sound. For more form this talented duo, check out their SoundCloud here.
