Why do we like this?

Maybe someone who surfed would throw a rock at me for calling this surf rock, but it's not clear what kind of weird, wavy pop rock "On&On" is. 

The Parisian artist Futuro Pelo's music is one of a kind, and paired with the noodley(?) vocals of Neysa Mey is too fun.
