The Shifting RunI think it's no coincidence that this track is reminding me of an Olympic sprint in slow motion, with the Olympics being behind us, except it's all electric and neon with a dash of beauty.It can sometimes be hard for a remix of a song currently competing in the ring to make itself worthy of a listen, and yet GONE has taken a song with a quiet soft pop aesthetic and boosted it into the pantheon of electric runs, synth-wave pulls, and ultimately a full-speed sprint into a zone of pure exhilaration.I think I'm assimilating into this track and it's beautiful.
