Why do we like this?
So I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the biggest Gotye fan -- I just don't understand the obsession and I'm sick of hearing "Somebody That I Used To Know" -- BUT I do kinda dig this rework of "Eyes Wide Open" by Brooklyn-based freak-pop group Yeasayer.

This version of "Eyes Wide Open" still contains the vocal arrangements of the original but the productions are slowed down a bit, allowing the glimmering electronics to take over with that sexy weirdness that we have grown to know and love from Yeasayer.
