Why do we like this?

Oh goodness, 2017 appears to be the year of classic indie rock bands. Broken Social Scene? Check. Beach House? Check. Do Make Say Think? Check. LCD Soundsystem? Check. And on August 18th, a whole bunch of new Grizzly Bear.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm enjoying this wave of nostalgia, and "Mourning Sound" manages to keep me riding high. It's simple, familiar, and yet throws in a couple new twists and turns.
