Why do we like this?

LA-based Harriet have caught my attention before, so it's little wonder that their new single "Bent" managed to make the cut.

The song is due to be released on their upcoming album American Appetite, due for release at the end of January via Harvest Records.

The vocals on this track were probably the main driver behind my decision to cover it. There's a hint of The Tallest Man On Earth, and it retains a lot of the simple essence that the aforementioned artist has lost on his newer work.
