Well this has been a crappy year. Just read the first headline of any article of any news outlet you have access to, and you’ll be bummed out. At least we have Harry Nathan and his consistently good music.
This time it’s a new single called “High” released via Majestic Casual Records. It’ll be part of his next EP, and boy is this song a great one too. It’s as pretty and silky as a Grace Kelly dress.
Romantic and cool, this song has lyrics that are simple and beautiful, “want to know your secrets, tell me as you undress, do you feel like I do?” I think we do, Mr. Nathan. Keep up the smooth jams, and thank you, good sir.
The cover is a 1982 MT-45 Casiotone keyboard, and it was used to fashion this lovely song.
