Why do we like this?
You may have heard of a popular anime called Cowboy Bebop. If you consider yourself a music lover, the series OSTs — especially Blue — are worth a listen.
Producer Hayasua has brightened my overcast week with his hip-hop-inspired take on "Farewell Blues." The original production is a sad, beautifully composed jazz number. Hayasua pays wonderful tribute while building his own snare-laden foundation beneath the tune's lovely melody.
Hayasua rolls with a collective called Voice of Autumn. You can pick up his new EP on their Bandcamp page.
