Seemingly obsessed with friendship and naively good vibes, Henrik The Artist is a dance music artist themed around a crux of childish joy.
His music fits about that trend as well. "Lose You" is a track off of his 2016 release Friendship. A blend of 90's club music and 2016's fascination with all things pleasant and cute, "Lose You" has a sharp dance drum loop with some peculiar textures and some occasionally weird synth rhythms across it. The track ebbs and flows, sometimes falling a little, but the texture and tight sound design keep it dance-able.
A charming take on the club scene, Henrik The Artist is a project that feels very...millennial (in a good way).
