Why do we like this?
The more I get to know Boston artist Holm., the more he surprises me with his wide range of talents. When we hyped an experimental Holm. beat titled "Worth. (Day 227)" back in October, I had no idea at the time that he is also a singer-songwriter.
"45th Parallel." is a tough track to label. Production wise, Holm.'s abstract, hip-hop leaning style shines through yet again. There's something innocent, almost childlike, in the beat that vibes really well with Holm.'s raw vocals. "45th Parallel." reminds me a bit of something Tree and Beat Culture might cook up.
