Why do we like this?

Hotel Garuda had a big day last week. They released their first original track and announced their signing to label PRMD, home of Aviici.

Hotel Garuda are a duo of two acts in their own right -- Manilla Killa and Candle Weather. How these guys manage to find them time in between their solo acts to make music together, we'll never know, but they're in it for the long haul now with this major label signing.

It's been a slow and steady rise for Hotel Garuda. A handful of remixes on SoundCloud netted them a combined 25 million streams. Woah. No wonder these guys are so stoked to release this original track.

And as if that's not enough, Hotel Garuda just finished their debut tour with AMTRAC. In case you missed Garuda on tour, you can catch them in Miami playing a handful of shows during Miami Music Week this month. Get all the details from their Facebook page.
