Why do we like this?

Wow. I haven't covered Is Tropical since way back in 2013. That's a reaaaaaally long gap. My bad.

Fortunately their new single "Calling Out" hit all the right notes for me, blending modern indie rock and electronic sounds into a slow-burning song that gently won me over as it progressed.

From the looks of it, "Calling Out" is going to be included on an upcoming album that follows up the London-based band's last release Black Anything, which was released in 2016. Chances are I'll be around to share more from it :)
