Why do we like this?

For those who are unfamiliar with the Australian singer-songwriter Jackson Dyer, "Projection, Abstraction" is a sensational introduction. This easy-listening ambient-rock effort helps make saying goodbye to summer a bit less painful.

Reverberated vocals and sustained strings set the soft, calming tone, leaving the crystal clear drum fills to drive the track forward. The offset rhythm only enhances the feeling of being happily lost in some other dimension.
