Why do we like this?

Jacques Greene has been pretty busy lately, finding time to put together mixes for Fact and Radio 1 as well as touring and announcing his new After Life, After Party EP.

While most of the EP can be heard in one of the aforementioned mixes, it's only the title track "1 4 Me" that has been properly released so far. 

The track has all the hallmarks of a classic Jacques Greene song, and has us eager for November 11, when the full EP is released. Here is what Jacques himself had to say:

"These tracks were born out of experimenting with a bit of self-imposed restraints. Afterlife was a particular sound palette I wanted to stick to and see what would come of it. '1 4 Me' was trying to challenge myself to keep an arrangement dead simple."
