Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs is all the rage these days. The brainchild of Orlando Higginbottom (that would be his name), T.E.E.D. is a U.K. based project that bounces between the genres of electronica, house, dream-pop, and other.
Simply put, this fantastic remix to Jonquil's "It's My Part" is entrancing. The original track is a good slice of Oxford tropical pop, but there is just something about the crisp claps, heavy bass, and echoing synth work of T.E.E.D.'s masterful take on "It's My Part" that makes the U.K. such a hot bed (ice box?) for chilled out dance tunes.
T.E.E.D.'s remix of "It's My Part" will be featured as the B-side of Jonquil's forthcoming single It's My Part which will be released by on limited edition 10" yellow vinyl by Blessing Force on Feb 27th. And now you know.
