Why do we like this?

This past year, Gryffin seems to be the guy to beat when it comes to accessible indie house remixes of some of our favorite artists (like Maroon 5, Years & Years), and it looks like he's at it again.

With a new, surprising deviation from dance-y pop remixes, the NYC-based producer manages to seamlessly transform Josef Salvat's "Open Season" into a chill, downtempo production, bordering on melodic trap.

Salvat's sultry vocals coupled with Gryffin's remarkable and thoughtful production ability destine this track to be one of the most infectious releases to grace our ears this September.
