Joy Again

I gotta confess: when I first hit play on this song I was expecting a really terrible recording. It's just what the lo-fi banjo conveyed... Turns out it's actually a pretty darn awesome song that grows and grows and grows in complexity, all-the-while keeping an upbeat tempo. My favorite twist in rhythm and sound comes around the one-minute-mark. "Looking Out For You" was recorded in Red Bull Studios New York and released as part of a limited 7" vinyl (with "How You Feel" on the other side). You'll be able to grab it via Lucky Number/Mermaid Avenue come January 15th.
