Kanye West's The Life Of Pablo seems to be a work in progress. The outspoken personality pulled the album from TIDAL before putting it back up as a stream only, claiming he's still working on many of the tracks.
One of those tracks in question is "Wolves," first debuting almost a year ago as part of Kanye's Yeezy Season 2 launch. The version released then is totally different to the one on TLOP, with collaborators Sia and Vic Mensa dropped for Frank Ocean and an extra Kanye verse.
Today another version of "Wolves" has surfaced that may be the finished product. Gone is Kanye's second verse and ad-libs, with Sia and Mensa's contributions reinstated and Ocean now opening the track. The production has also been tinkered with slightly, featuring heavy percussion and a more polished edge.
No matter if this is the final "Wolves" or not, it's by far my favourite version and I'm glad it's available for everyone to hear.
