Why do we like this?

I really wasn't expecting it, but Lail Arad's vocals pulled me right in. There's something thoroughly captivating about them, and it makes the whole some a really enjoyable listen.

It's sorta like Bob Dylan, but in female form?

You'll be able to grab "Lay Down" as part of the London artist's upcoming album The Onion, released yesterday and available here.
