Why do we like this?
After impressing with the funky single "Hold On" back in January, Little Dragon has once again delivered the goods with new release "Are You Feeling Sad?"
This upbeat dance tune is another alluring effort from the Swedish quartet, who have recruited Kali Uchis on lead vocals. Uchis' sultry tones take centre stage as Little Dragon's enigmatic Yukimi Nagano provides the infectious hook. Speaking on the collaboration the band said:
We are super excited Kali features on this track. All of a sudden, at the end of last year, this version appeared in our emails like a beautiful Christmas gift. She put her twist on it and gave the track an amazing energy. Did we mention we also love her?!
Despite the title, "Are You Feeling Sad?" is another electro-pop wonder from Little Dragon, whose forthcoming New Me, Same Usalbum is shaping up as a must-listen.
New Me, Same Us is set for release March 27.
