Why do we like this?

This catchy downtempo record is the perfect way to start your day. "Splintered Arms" is something that 19-year-old artist Liyv has been working on for a few years, and the end result is a dreamy, soulful delight.

"Splintered Arms started out as something I wrote in high school to pass the time, and while it has changed over the years, it's been oh-so-surreal to watch something that I began that long ago find life in both the video and song. In addition to my commitment to release a song every month, I'm currently working on a concept album which will be ready for release next spring, accompanied by a series of music videos and live shows in the Seattle area."
