Why do we like this?

As far as I understand it, 16-year-old New Zealander Lorde has been tearing up the charts left and right. To date, countless artists have attempted their own versions of her song (this American Authors cover is AMAZING), but none of them have been as big as The Weeknd...

So, what exactly does it mean to have Abel of The Weeknd remix your single? Well, if this song is any indication, your song remains relatively untouched, save for the occasional croon here and there.

Overall, not exactly a mind-blowing vision, but certainly worthy of today's SOTD.
