Oddly enough, musicians sometimes don't start out as musicians. Seattle's art school dropout David Burns, known as Low Cut High Tops, is no different.
In fact, he set out to prove "that one person with an unusual voice can make a great rock record all by himself.”
And while we can't prove that this is true until the release of his debut record Eh, Whatever, the first single "Red Lipstick" indicates he's on to something.
The track is a bouncy grunge anthem for those lip-struck and wishing for lustful moments. It's infectious and demands a replay much like the red lipstick he lyrically laments about.
