Why do we like this?

I've been a big fan of Mahalia for a few years now and after finally seeing her live last month I can confidently say she's the real deal. 

Readying the release of her major label debut album, Mahalia has gifted fans new single "Do Not Disturb." Produced by Felix Joseph, "Do Not Disturb" is a groovy R&B hit, with Mahalia expressing her feelings of escaping the negativity of a failed relationship. 

Like all her songs, Mahalia writes relatable lyrics set against catchy backdrops of soul, R&B, and pop soundscapes. It's this simple yet effective approach that's seen her touted as the next big thing.

2019 is shaping up as her year, and if new single "Do Not Disturb" is anything to go by, the world is her oyster.
