Why do we like this?

About a month ago, Major Lazer teamed up with English EDM producer Flux Pavillion for this reggae-turned-dubstep collaboration titled "Jah No Partial." Right from the start, you get an old-school dancehall aesthetic, and then at about thirty seconds in you get smashed with Flux Pavillion's heavy bass and electronics.

Together, they transform Johnny Osborne's Reggae classic "Mr. Marshall" into a piece of wobbling, bursting, ass-shaking mania. Leave it to Diplo and his crew to make this plethora of genres flow together so faultlessly.

Listen to the track and get pumped for Major Lazer's new album Free The Universe, out February 19 on Mad Decent/Downtown.
