Meg Myers

So this newbie from Meg Myers has been floating around the interwebs for a while, but I've only just discovered it while on holiday. Taken from her forthcoming third album, Take Me To The Disco, "Numb" is another declaration of Myers' talent as a singer/ songwriter  An absorbing '90s influenced slow rocker, "Numb" is a wonderfully melodic song that reminds me of a multitude of great rock acts from the past three decades, including the likes of Everclear, Alvvays, Wolf Alice and Pip Bloom.  Featuring a driving guitar riff and Myers' forthright and honest lyrics, "Numb" is a wonderful song you need to hear.  Take Me To The Disco is set for release July 20.
