Why do we like this?

Men I Trust caught my attention back in July of last year with an epic bassline on a song called "Lauren." It left such an impression that, well, when I saw this new song pop up in my feed, I found myself feeling quite excited.

"You Deserve This" has a completely different vibe to the aforementioned single. It's downtempo, easy-going, and heavy on the vocals-as-synths. I dig it, though. It reminds me of Air. And that whistling in the middle is kinda cool, too.
