Why do we like this?

At this point, I think we all can agree that Mesita is pretty much unstoppable.

This one-man music machine has just released his fifth full-length album, The Phoenix. With every new release, he's always an accelerating towards expanding his horizons, and this album is no exception.

I'm particularly fond of "Built A Prison," which features a pop-centric, acoustically pleasing sound and that oh-so-identifiable Mesita beat. The combination of acoustic effects and electronics strikes the perfect balance between classic and modern, giving us a unique and innovative sound.
