Why do we like this?

Here's another gem from the BBC's Live Lounge, Los Angeles trio HAIM covering twerking master Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball." Haim stays fairly close to the original without the over-produced pop sound of Miley's version. Danielle Haim's powerful voice floats between the pop sensitivity of Shania Twain and the emotive passion of Stevie Nicks, absolutely nailing the heartbreak portrayed by the lyrics "Wrecking Ball."

Haim are the modern day all-girl group, and between their inspired cover choices and debut album Days Are Gone (arguably one of the albums of 2013), it looks like they are here for the long run, and I for one couldn't be happier.
