Why do we like this?
Minus the Bear is a five-piece band hailing from Seattle, Wash. They've been around since 2001, pounding out four albums and various EPs on a few different record labels. Their most recent effort, Omni, was not their best work, and the band even admits so in the about section of their website. Lucky for us, Minus the Bear are back to making good music.

"Steel And Blood" is an alternative rock jam that features solid guitar work with some nice electronic flourishes. It is the latest single off  Minus the Bear's new album, Infinity Overhead, which is due out August 28 via Dangerbird Records. You can pre-order the album at Minus the Bear's official page.
