Moguta

When this song first crossed my path it reminded me almost instantly of ODESZA. There's a lot more to it than that, though.Moguta is a brand new electronic producer out of Japan. I've heard a lot of modern musicians sample ethnic / "organic" sounds from throughout the world, but typically the sounds aren't their own, so to speak.Moguta changes that by weaving native sounds into a lush landscape that harkens back to a pre-vocals ODESZA. And I kinda like it for that.As of now he's got 2 monthly listeners on Spotify, so this is an interesting case of whether Indie Shuffle can move the needle or not :-D
