Why do we like this?

Wow. Moi Je, the pride of Lyon, France and Profil de Face Records, just dropped my favorite EP of 2016 so far.

Voyage, his first project since the equally poppin’ EP Profite, is everything you need for a feel-good Friday: danceable beats, sing-along melodies, and endless positive vibes packed into twenty minutes of disco-inspired paradise.

"Flotte" kicks things off with a groovy bang, supplementing it's shuffling electronic foundation with dashes of funky bass and twangy guitar. It makes me want to jet across island coastal waters in a dinghy with a beer raised skywards -- and you better believe this song's going to be blasting from my handy dandy portable speakers if I ever find myself in that situation.

Now go ahead, turn it up and boogie down.
