Why do we like this?
There aren't too many acts who can garner such intense interest after only two single releases, but then again, Movement aren't an ordinary act. The Sydney trio (re-)released "Feel Real" last year to much fanfare, before their second single "Us" went absolutely crazy online, collecting well over 500k SoundCloud plays and reaching the peaks of the Hypem charts. After supporting Solange on her recent tour down under, the guys are preparing for the release of their debut EP in the coming months, with another single off the record having just found the light of day.

"Like Lust" is a pretty phenomenal piece of work, and clearly my favorite of the group's releases to date. The layering is incredible, with wall after wall of synth and percussion creating a perfect platform for vocalist Lewis Wade's incredible tones. They've used a pretty unique formula to create this ("a slow-burning anti-song structure with a looping groove"), but it's one of the most mesmerizing tracks you'll come across in awhile -- you'll be powerless as you're drawn up into the flow.

Movement is growing into the buzz that's surrounding them, and with a support tour with Darkside leading up to the EP release, that buzz is only going to continue increasing.
