Why do we like this?

Mr. Moonshine is a four-piece band out of Long Beach with a taste of the flamboyant – they formed after collaborating on a rock opera together, and recently performed the soundtrack to Hedwig and the Angry Inch in drag.

The single “Wolves on Parade” has a soulful theatricality not far removed from Queens of the Stone Age or maybe The Darkness. Michelle Prebich directed the music video, which I recommend watching. She does an impressive job enriching the song through her colorful animation. It's like the music videos Tim Burton did for The Killers.
