Why do we like this?

"Focus on the positive, slowly breathe my worries out." We should all pay heed to these words — always, but mostly right now.

Things get intense in the colder months, especially during the holidays. l know a lot of people dealing with hard hard things right  now. I know a lot of people that know how to "deal" and these people will always tell you, "just focus on the positive."

I'm one of those people who don't "deal" so well, but I'm learning. Constant reminders are nice. So I really appreciate this track, a combined effort between HNNY and Pilgrim. Make it today's mantra— focus on the positive, slowly breathe your worries out.
