Why do we like this?

All too often, I find that the tone of Noah and the Whale songs is a little too melancholic for me. To be fair, I used to love listening to them all the time, but perhaps my angsty teen years are mostly behind me. And that's why I think I love this Yuksek remix so much.

With a new beat and added vocals, "Life is Life" becomes a fun, happy track with an upbeat essence that completely changes the tone of the original -- specifically, it removes some of lead vocalist Charlie Fink's slightly depressing "drag."
