Given that a lot of folks may be fully worn out from raging at SXSW and MMW, Pacific Heights and Louis Baker are the perfect answer for relaxing, soulful music. With a strong, cinematic appeal to the new record, "Buried By The Burden," it's only fair to back it with an equally powerful music video that would have likely pulled awards if entered in South By South West's film week.
New Zealand artist Devin Abrams, professionally known as Pacific Heights, described the song as "one of those beautifully rare moments you catch writing music, when something very personal and fragile makes its way into a song. It was a song that will forever hold many memories and pains for me, but in the same light creating it released those pains from the constant grip that held them."
