Why do we like this?

Last week we shared an older track by South London's Palmistry, titled "Catch," It was Palmistry's debut single, and a great track to boot, so it made sense to share it first. But it was actually new single "Protector SE5" that first brought Palmistry to our attention.

Like "Catch," it comes on Popcaan's Mixpak label, and features Palmistry mixing the melodies and rhythms of dancehall with gentle, romantic vocals. It's a good continuation of the sound he set out to make on his earlier release, and leaves us eager for more.
