Sometimes, it’s a relief to be told what to do. Especially when it comes to the body—surrendering control, listening to someone else—there’s a quiet joy in letting go. There’s comfort in releasing the reins, in trusting another's rhythm over your own. But when it comes to art, perhaps the opposite is true. Take control. Tune out the noise. Trust nothing but the truth of your internal process. Artistic creation calls for a kind of fierce intimacy with the self, a devotion to vision over validation. Both are acts of creation. Both can flow—with or without control. It’s a dance between yielding and holding, a balance we constantly shift between. "Tell Me What To Do" explores this tension. It centers on the joy of creating and the quiet power of staying true to your artistic voice, even when the world is loud. The track is beautifully soft, yet manages to seep into the listener’s headspace, lingering there with gentle insistence. This is the second single from the band’s new EP.
