Why do we like this?

English trio Peluché continue to be one of the most interesting acts I've stumbled across this past six months. Their first two releases (the Afro-beat styled "Ohio" and the creeping, harmony-driven "Cinnamon") couldn't be any different. Their third song, "Sin," continues that trend.

While still retaining the melodic indie roots of their previous tunes, "Sin" incorporates elements of dub, with the girls' wonderful harmonies ever present. It's also a little more lyrically depressing, but this is balanced by the enchanting pop flourishes.
